A fantastic little Tea Room just off Portobello Road. You go down the metal staircase into the basement of an antiques shop and it feels like you’ve been transported back to Wartime London. The menu is very simple (tea, coffee, scones, cakes and sandwiches) and reasonably priced. A great location for a nostalgic pit stop before resuming shopping in Portobello Market.
I visited this tea room a few weeks ago and thought it was brilliant. As a Devonshire girl I love a cream tea and this was the best one I’ve had outside of Devon!
